Stopping Self Criticism:

Our Stopping Self-Criticism workshop is a supportive, practical session designed to help you quiet the inner voice that undermines confidence, sleep, and emotional wellbeing. Many people live with constant internal pressure, judgement, or perfectionism without realising how deeply it affects their nervous system and daily energy.

In this workshop, you’ll learn to recognise common self-critical thought patterns and understand where they originate. Through gentle reflection, guided exercises, and evidence-based techniques, you’ll be shown how to interrupt negative inner dialogue and replace it with more balanced, compassionate self-talk.

Rather than forced positivity, the focus is on awareness, emotional safety, and self-respect. Guests leave with simple tools they can use immediately to reduce mental strain, improve resilience, and create a calmer, more supportive relationship with themselves.
