Going far beyond generic advice, the programme focuses on restoring your natural sleep rhythms through environment, routine, nervous-system regulation, and behavioural reset.
At the heart of the workshop is our bespoke Sleep Hygiene Framework, designed to support the body’s innate ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. You’ll learn how light exposure, temperature, timing of meals, movement, and mental decompression all influence sleep depth and duration — and how to bring these elements into balance in a way that feels achievable and calming, not rigid or overwhelming.
